Summary: hibernate 2: templates, sample and documentation

Initial Comment:
The patch.diff and new files in the attached zip file
add support for Hibernate 2.

The patch is created with respect to:
   release 2.0.4 in the V2x_DEV branch

The major changes made are:
- the addition of a hibernate2 cartridge
- the addition of a hibernate2 template and wizard option
- the addition of a hibernate2 '.ear' to the car rental
sys example
- changed to the documentation page for the sample app
- changed hibernate-schema.txt to  *.sql, with 3
variants to the contents to allow for DDL init,
re-init, and removal

The sample app has been deployed and tested with:
