Matthias and Aslak, I am intrigued by the idea of prototyping a tighter XDoclet2 and AndroMDA integration, but I am not so sure where to start. To my mind there seems= to be a very large overlap between the two cores. I'd be interested in reading what you guys imagine to be the integration points for the two tools and the specialities for each individual tool. It seems reasonable to expect that the same XDoclet templates could do generation from xdoclet tags embedded in source code as well as directly =66rom a UML model. I am posting this same question on TSS so that the discussion can reach a larger audience. > -----Original Message----- > From: and...@li... > [mailto:and...@li...]On Behalf Of Aslak > Helles=F8y > Sent: Tuesday, April 01, 2003 5:48 PM > To: and...@li... > Subject: [Andromda-devel] AndroMDA could use XDoclet2 > > > Hi Matthias and others, > > The new XDoclet2 (still alpha) has a nice way to plug in other metadata > providers, making it a perfect core platform for both Middlegen and > AndroMDA.
