With the new release 0.29.1, the ArgoUML project team offers for download a first release with (very limited) first UML2 support. ArgoUML 0.29.1 includes two implementations of the model subsystem: the known "UML1(.4)" implementation based on Netbeans MDR, and the new "UML2" implementation (we call it eUML) based on eclipse UML. Choosing beetween the UML1 and UML2 "mode" is done only via command line parameters at startup; two different start scripts are provided. This is incomplete, unstable and needs not be reliably working. Don't use it for production! I think there's no fun with it yet for you, because the extension mechanism (stereotypes) are not yet working. But I keep you informed, when I believe that a first AndroMDA project could be made with it. -- Thomas Neustupny Member of the ArgoUML project, developer role http://argouml.tigris.org _________________________________________________________ Reply to the post : http://galaxy.andromda.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=28153#28153 Posting to http://forum.andromda.org/ is preferred over posting to the mailing list! |
