#128 APG does not support Japanese encoding

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send emails using Thunderbird 9.0.1 (Win7), GPG, and Enigmail in Japanese encoding (automatic) that are properly readable to sender and recipient using these programs
2. Open the same message.asc file in K-9 Mail/download to filesystem
3. Decrypt with matching secret key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected readable Japanese output. Actual output is garbage characters.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APG 1.0.8
K-9 Mail 4.005

Nexus S running Android 2.3.7, set to Japanese system language.

Please provide any additional information below.

Same seems to be true for simple ISO-8859-15 encoded Mails sent via Thunderbird using AquaMail (copy text) and the APG to decrypt.
