Hm... it sounds to me like they are being processed. I tried a couple of
simple tests with the not cut (effect number EC) in a MOD, and the note
cut (note nuber 97) in an XM, and they both worked. Can you please send
me an example (as simple as possible) of a mod where it doesn't work? I
guess you can attach it to this bug or email it to me (torkjel a t fast d o t
no).
It may very well be correct that it doesn't work in S3Ms, support for that
format isn't very good yet.
