#40 Connection Failure

Console repeatedly cites 'connection failure' when trying to play anything / any link with last.fm. Prior post cites change at Last.FM. May also be related to recent updates of iTunes since iTunes does not auto-open as previous. STRONGLY encourage developers to fix this ailing and invaluable app. Thanks.

The protocol changed drasticly. I guess there will be a lot to do. Instead of waiting for an update take a look at SweetFM. It's free, opensource, does all amua did, looks nice, is skinnable and so on. Google for "magicmoo sweetFM", feel lucky and give it a try.

Sweet.FM is fine but does NOT do everything amua did; in particular, Amua's best feature was that it used iTunes to play Last.fm music. This allows users to use iTunes features (e.g. remote speakers). SweetFM essentially puts the iTunes and Last.FM interfaces in the same room.
