#1 Patch file for dropped order reports.

Instructions for use:
1. make a backup copy of "galega.jar" in
C:\Amazon\MerchantTransport\lib (you can call it
galega.old).

2. Copy this patched file into your
C:\Amazon\MerchantTransport\lib directory.

3. Manually create a folder "noack" under any of your
existing "reports" folders.

4. Either restart the "Amazon Merchant Transport"
service, or reboot the machine it is running on to pick
up the new change.

Any non-acknowledged reports will have a ".noack" added
to the end of them and will be added to the
./reports/noack directory. Be aware there may be an
outside chance you could receive these reports twice,
so check the document number or order id if you get a
noack report.

This will prevent missing orders. We need to look into
a slight rearchitecture of this section of AMTU to
prevent duplicates, but due to a strange condition on
the Amazon side (i.e. the connection fails, but the
order report download is acknowledged), it may be some
time before we can get this out.

This is a BETA change, so your feedback is crucial.
Please let me know ASAP if this problem crops up again.
