#3 Order file not downloaded, but Acknowledged

I had an order report that was never downloaded, but it
was marked as Acknowledged. During the time frame of
this error I was getting errors such as this:

2005-05-18 20:40:18,250 [MBean Timer Notification
Thread] ERROR
com.amazon.merchants.transport.logging.AuditLogger A
serious error has occurred. Message: The Amazon server
has reported an error. The text of this error is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out. Root
cause: The Amazon server has reported an error. The
text of this error is: java.net.SocketTimeoutException:
Read timed out.

I am including my log files as well. The time frame
that the order should have come in is between 5/18/2005
5:55 PM and 5/18/2005 8:56 PM.

an order to be marked as Acknowledged?
