It's even on Wikipedia :) Well, all modern Linux distros (and most Windows) can be easily made to display Greek characters, the support is usually there by default, but on older distros or windows 98/prior with another encoding selected as default, it's really a pain to make things work. So far, I've seen no other applications in Greeklish, the policy is that you should have Greek support enabled, at least for displaying the characters :) However, I can get this over with a small vi script or something (which I might even find ready). Now you decide whether it's useful or should be removed. Best regards, Vivia |
