Regarding "implementing" publishing of one's phone numbers. As I mentioned I 
recalled having implemented that. Before I went to
bed I remembered it :)

Normally when you do View Profile on any user you are presented with a 
tabbed dialog that shows nickname, phone numbers and other things. This is 
READ ONLY. However, when you do View Profile on your own screen name, the 
same dialog is presented except in this one (being your own ID) you are able 
to modify some of the data, specifically the phone numbers) and when you 
click OK it registered the info with the MSN server.
