For example I have the following in [] is elide: a[a]aa and I want to find all the a's, it will skip one of them. I made a quick script to demonstrate. If you would like a example with images, change line 368 in the smileys.tcl file in the amsn progam from return -1 to return $pos and then type several consecutive smileys to someone. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Vince Darley (vincentdarley) Date: 2005-08-30 09:01 Message: Logged In: YES=20 user_id=3D32170 I believe these bugs have all been fixed in Tk 8.5, along with the dozens of improvements to the text widget through various TIPs. The changes are quite significant and unlikely to be backported to 8.4. Please test with 8.5 and provide an example if the bug still exists. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Donal K.
