from the error message it looks like your .afg file contains multiple
sequences with the same external id (eid), in this case "seq:". How
did you make this file?<br>

I am getting problem in running AMOS for my metagenome sequences.Here i
have attached the log file for your reference.I am also showing here
the messege i am getting on my command prompt i.e.<br>
