Hello,I'm trying to install the amos package on Centos 5.5. While running "configure" several dependencies popped up, one of which was qt3. I've installed all the prerequisites, including the qt packag (v 3.3.6) via yum, however I'm still getting an error related to qt (from the config.log file:)configure:8188: checking whether Qt worksconfigure:8223: $/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/bin/moc amos_qt_test.h -o moc_amos_qt_test.cconfigure:8226: $? = 0configure:8228: ++ -I/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/include -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -c -g -O2 -o moc_amos_qt_test.o moc_amos_qt_test.cconfigure:8231: $? = 0configure:8233: ++ -I/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/include -DQT_THREAD_SUPPORT -c -g -O2 -o amos_qt_main.o amos_qt_main.cconfigure:8236: $? = 0configure:8238: ++ -L/usr/lib64/qt-3.3/lib -lqt-mt -lSM -lICE -L/usr/lib64 -lX11 -lXext -lXmu -lXt -lXi -lz -lc -lm -o amos_qt_main amos_qt_main.o moc_amos_qt_test.o/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lXmucollect2: ld returned 1 exit statusconfigure:8241: $? = 1configure: failed program was:| #include "amos_qt_test.h"| #include <qapplication.h>| int main( int argc, char **argv )| {| QApplication app( argc, argv );| Test t;| QObject::connect( &t, SIGNAL(send()), &t, SLOT(receive()) );| }configure:8257: result: noIt appears the -lXmu flag creates a problem. Has anyone encountered this error before, or know a solution?~joshCenter for Genomic Sciences(412)-359-8341 |
