#3 The useAnalytics field is not configured to cascade

The "useAnalytics" property should also be bound to the process configuration. Currently it is only used when passed in as a search request preference

Cascading of the properties should be generic. Here is the cascade order:
1) First look at search request (search preference)
2) Then look at Process configuration entry
3) Then look at default configuration
If any of the above happens use the value.
