There are a few links in the CVS section of the SourceForge AMFPHP page that discuss how to get CVS 
working. Since you're not registered as a developer yet, you have to follow the anonymous 
instructions, and make sure you work with pserver.

When you'll get write access, you'll have to checkout the sources module again, you won't be able to 
chnage your username and password, hance you'll have to start over.
