CVS commit by justinwatkins: 

Modified the Executive class to change the working directory so it is the same as the directory the class file lives in.  This is so the class can include files and treat the path as if it were local.

Modified the AMFSerializer to patch a minor bug and to promote the datasource type negotiation back to the top of the case statement.  Also finalized the double check for the recordset filter to the cwd.
