CVS commit by johncowen: 

1. Added support for setCredentials
2. Added credentials.fla and new services for an example of using setCredentials and roles to restrict access to service methods
3. Left changed a trigger_error in Executive.php because it used headerFilter which has now been replaced with an array of headerFilters
