"FORTH" or "forth" ?

Please note, that amforth is case-sensitive. Looking at
  http://amforth.sourceforge.net/words/index.html
the word "forth" (lower case) is available.

Hello, I tested the word vocabulary with vocabulary test-vocabulary
only forth also test-vocabulary definitions: test1 ." test1" ;
: test2 ." test2" ;
: test3 ." test3" ;
: test4 ." test4" ;
: test5 ." test5" ;previous definitions On one thing all is working fine. When I wont to go back to the Forth vocabulary, in my win32 forth I type in FORTH.When I try that in amForth there is no posibilty to go back.System is not recognise anny words except the ones in the vocabulary. edit your dict_appl.inc file and add the lines

.include "words/2to_r.asm"
.include "words/2r_from.asm"

at the end. Make sure, to add an empty newline, the assembler
needs it.

After that re-assemble and re-flash and the two words should
come up in the word list. The only error message should be an
"duplicate label" (or alike). In that case you've already the
words included from elsewhere (the hierarchy of the included
files is pretty complex...).

I wont to make a forth version that fills my needs.
Is it posible to write a copy of the hex part and the eep part, so when I load these later
that I have my base forth back, or should I set some pointers before I save?

Literally: instead of "assembler" just write "<bit>"

vocabulary assembler only forth also assembler definitions
vocabulary <bit> only forth also <bit> definitions

Or just remove that line...

The Assembler still uses an old impelementation of the vocabularies.
You can (a) delete that line completly or (b) load the file
vocabulary.frt and replace the same line with something like
"vocabulary assembler only forth also assembler definitions"
In that case a line like "previous definitions" at the end of
the assembler would be useful to reset the wordlists.

I'd recommend (a) since wordlists could make your life
harder and more confusing...

Since I've never used the assembler myself, I cannot say if it works
and how to use it. Sorry.

Most of the ANS words are already in the flashed code. Many remaining
words are available as forth source code, you may want to check
lib/ans94 directory.

I cannot tell you what particular order is needed. Some files depend on
others (e.g. marker depends on postpone), but thats easy to check from
the sources itself. The file lib/run-hayes.frt may be helpful since I
use it to run a Hayes CORE check from time to time (every few
releases....)

Another low/cost  alternative to connect  ( Arduinos ) Amforth devices to the Internet is to use a  low cost OpenWrt supported router with USB. 

Just connect the Arduino(s) to the USB port of the router and you can access the Arduino(s) as a serial port from the router side. 

On the router you can have ssh server, web server, etc....

All starting at around 50 Euros.

Seems, you're the first one. According to the
subversion log, the case code itself was not
changed for the last 4 years.
