#848 Timestamp problem w. gstambulant ??

Due to unknown cause, output streams from video bridge look garbled when
viewed w. VLC on MAc.
gstambulantsrc may have a problem w. timestamps: only pts is filled in (w.dts), but dts is untouched,

Investigate by running AmbulantPlayer_sdl w. ambulant-plugin and use gstreamer to
create mp4, view that on Mac VLC, try "Welcome" and "Vader Jacob".
