#847 Transparent images over video don't always work
There are a number of issues with images that use transparency, on a number of platforms.
Most of these can be demonstrated with the document vconect/Production/Falmouth-pretempest/testanim/testvideoclipping.smil.
this document should show the first five seconds of a video, with a stage curtain overlaid.
The it shows a closeup of the face of the actor, for the same 5 seconds.
On some platforms the transparency in the curtain doesn't work.
On some platforms the clipping of the closeup doesn't work.
Some plaforms don't get the clipping right (the image extending outside the region)
Fixed the clipping in rev.8769.
The problem was only seen in SDL video and images, not with cg or gtk.
Did not test d2.
The transparency problem was not yet investigated.
Fix is incomplete, doesn't work.
