You seem to have the ideal system to use milter on. README.milter should
give you more info. You did fail to give the version of AMaViS you are
running, so I'll assume amavis-perl-11?.

Unfortunately, I can't help because I really don't know how to fix your
problem, and I'm seriously punting amavis-milter now because I spent 2
months trying to get it working and eventually did and it works
fantastically, scanning both incoming and outgoing emails extremely quickly.
It does require a little bit of a sendmail recompile, but its nothing too
difficult. The docs should help a lot with that. I think the whole concept
is much cleaner than the 2 queue method. Much better.
