Nice catch. I was picking up the old one that Apple installed. When I
run the correct one
(2.6.4), I get:

bash-3.2# /usr/local/bin/amavisd -u _amavisd -c
/usr/local/etc/amavisd.conf debug
setrgid() not implemented at /usr/local/bin/amavisd line 13421.
