Virii are a drain on your services so I think you as a provider have a legitimate interest in reducing the load on your services by preventing your clients from becoming infected. That it also is in their interest is icing on the cake. I use the above mentioned "find" command which means any client that suspects important mail has been falsely quarantined has seven days to notify me and we can take a look. I think that gives everyone enough of a comfort level. I've never had anyone ask me to get something out of quarantine for them yet.
