I have a question regarding RBL checks with amavisd-new. I have = amavisd-new, SpamAssassin, and Postfix up and running fine on the primary mail = gateway (mx 10). All RBL checks are working perfectly there. The problem is that a significant portion of mail is being relayed through the secondary MX at = the ISP. When the secondary forwards its mail to the primary, the received = header shows the IP address of the secondary MX, which causes all RBL checks to = be useless. Is there any way to force amavisd-new to "look further" at the received headers so that it runs the RBL checks against the real sender's IP = instead of our secondary mail server? I've searched the mail archives and google and come up with nothing so = far. Any help would be appreciated. Reid Forrest, CISSP Max-IS, Inc. -- www.max-is.net 407-786-9600 x1200 |
