Hi

I'm no expert whatsoever, but since I managed to run amavisd-new, 
postifx and sa-learn with ham/spam mailboxes, i.e feeding ham and spam 
it appears that the spam has almost vanished..so I would recommend 
getting sa-learn working both with autolearn but also with the manual 
learn. If you run courier-imap for instance just create a shared 
maildir..works nicely and is easy to manage. Here is a good link
