Hi Tom, On Mon, Apr 19, 2004 at 12:56:00PM -0400, Kern, Tom told us: > how do I check for the limit? > > also, how can i avoid this from happening again. does amavis delete unused files or do i have to schedule something to do this? > thanks > You can show the number of used and free inodes via df -i amavisd-new usually deletes old mails unless there are some problems with scanned mails or the mails are preserved. Check your mail log and the amavis-users list archives, there were quite many discussions about files being left over.
