You do not tell us what distro you are running.
And how did you install alsa on your system? These are all alsa modules.

Modules MUST be compiled for exactly the kernel with all its options that
you are running. You cannot simply use the modules from some other kernel. 
Download alsa, compile and install it.

Also when are you getting these error messages?
