Thanks for the suggestion, but doesn't JACK use ALSA as a driver?

  I mean, there's hardly much point in adding JACK in between GStreamer and=

ALSA, if it can't do anything that plain ALSA couldn't. (plus, the=20
GStreamer-JACK -plugin isn't that stable yet (AFAIK at least) and amarok=20
doesn't have a JACK engine)
  Mind you, I could always get another sound card (it's not like they cost=
=20
anything nowadays), but it would still be nice to know if this is possible.
