I use the mplayer plugin (in Galeon) and it work better than the RealPlayer one, which is always erroring out on wrong versions of codecs, etc. If you wish to listen to a sound sample on Amazon.com, for example, you have only 2 choices - RealPlayer and Windows Media. Windows media is always handled perfectly by the mplayer plugin.
