[Alsa-user] Echo with Creative Soundblaster Life 5.1

Skyp PC-to-PC has a bit of echo with my Creative Soundblaster Life 5.1 card.
PC-to-Phone is ok though.
When I start alsamixer and turn Capture down I see it increasing again
automatically.

Is there a way to suppres echo ?
