[Alsa-user] Disable IEC958 globally

Hi,

I have had a problem with my soundcard (snd_ens1371) until I disabled the
option IEC958 (eg. as non root running kmix on the advanced tab). I would
like to disable IEC958 globally for all users on my system but I don't know
how and where I would do that. I added the following line to my modules.conf

post-install snd_ens1371 /usr/bin/amixer set IEC958 mute

but it only disables IEC958 at boottime. Once a user logs into kde the noise
starts again until that user disables IEC958. So I would like to know how I
can prevent a user from reenabling IEC958 or better: How can I disable
IEC958 completly.
