Have a look at http://www.alsa-project.org/alsa-doc/alsa-lib/pcm.html Use the tee device. Use a named fifo as filename and open this with the=20 encoder. Should work=E2=84=A2. If you cant specify the alsa device name of = your=20 application, override the default device.
