I couldn't remember the exact name of the soundfonts I've been using -
crud.sf2 isn't real, it's just to show that I was specifying the name of
a soundfont file on the command line. I've been using the soundfonts on
the creative CD for the most part (CT[24]*.sf2, from memory).

The music mixer control doesn't appear to have any affect on anything. I
only gave the -V option to sfxload because I wasn't sure what the
default was and figured that some was better than none :-)
