[Alltray-developer] alltray minimized

I've been using AllTray for some time now but I've noticed something
lately that is just a minor annoyance.  If there is a quick fix I'd
appreciate a suggestion.

Basically, I launch AllTray as a prefix to my apps.  ie; alltray
evolution, or alltray flock %u, etc.

Well, when it first launches I notice the app is 1/4 of its full size.
I have to maximize the window each time to get started.  Is this a bug?
Is it a setting that I've missed somewhere or something that I can
easily fix?

Appreciate any tips.
