After a new install I am getting the following errors:

Fatal error: Class 'tf' not found in /var/www/PSA/config/config.php on line
165

Fatal error: Class 'tf' not found in /var/www/PSA/shared/lib/db_entity.inc.php
on line 823

Cannot access setup,

Install is on a fully updated Ubuntu LAMP Stack.

Any help would be great

can you let us know:

what are the versions on LAMP stack, in particular, PHP?

you mention a 'new install'; have you done a previous install on this system?
