I have managed to install AllocPSA onto my server. It works well except I
cannot set up the email system. Can you please help? I keep getting the
following message:
"Email mailbox host not defined, assuming email receive function is inactive"
Am I supposed to change something with the code? If Yes - what? Please note I
have ZERO experience / knowledge with code writing. So if I have to change
something in the code, detailed instructions will be appreciated.

do you have an email server which supports IMAP and SMTP? Without one, you
can't make this all work.
If you do have an email server, have you configured the settings in:
Setup > Email Gateway

Problem solved. It was a server side issue that my ISP sorted out.
