We're currently in the process of moving all the allocPSA content into the new http://www.allocpsa.org/ wiki on here. Some of
this content was quite old, including this content, thus needing a refresher,
and is taking longer to migrate over to this new wiki. Bear with us while we
update the contents. In the meantime, I'll see if I can make the old contents
available here as a stopgap.

windows on now it's gone. Why?
