If the person table is empty then the alloc installation did not complete
successfully. I recommend removing the alloc_config.php file and deleting the
database and starting the installation again.

I have installed allocpsa on my Dreamhost. After much wrangling to get the
true upload path figured out, installation completed successfully.
Attempting to login with username=alloc, password=alloc fails.
Any ideas?
