warning on logon page 1.7.4

So heres the setup:

AllocPSA 1.7.4 running on

Windows XP Professional v2002 service pack 3

Wamp 2.1

apache 2.2.17

php 5.3.5

MySql 5.5.8

Every went good on installation - no errors/ warning

now i get this warning :

"Warning: mkdir() : No such file or directory in
C:\wamp\www\Alloc\login\login.php on line 123" on the login screen.

I can log in and everything work fine, but just a bit annoying.

any advise.
