From reading the documentation, I understand that Clients have projects, projects have tasks. In projects, I can create one or more tasks. What if I have some common tasks that many projects will use?
For example, I have tasks called
Billable - Travel
Billable - Documentation
Non-Billable - TimeOff
These tasks almost always appear on every project. Will I need to create these same tasks whenever I create a new project?
Please advise. Thanks,
Jason
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Perhaps the easiest way to achieve what you're looking for is to create a 'factory' or template project, and then use the 'Create a new Project by inputting the Project Name' facility, which you see at the top of each new New Project page.
That way, you can create a template project, and replicate it each time you need a project with the same set of in-built tasks.
