      First, before I offer my suggestions, please note that I think you guys have done a TREMENDOUS amount of work so far.

      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I'd like to see a lot more work on the time and expense entry piece. While searching EVERYWHERE on the web, there just aren't very many good Time and Ex tools that are open source. And there is almost NOTHING that is PHP / MySQL based.
      There is a fair TIME entry system here:
      http://wrconsulting.com/cms/wrtimetracker/index.htm
      But it still lacks some of the ease of use functions that the more mature systems have and it does not have any kind of expense entry.
      There is this:
      http://www.journyx.com/gendl.html
      And it looks really good, but you need a heavy duty JAVA Box. It has excellent Time and Expense capabilities, but it lacks the project integration that you guys have.
      Finally, it would be great to work on screen flow and on simplifying many of the setup tasks. Taking some time to really think about what is the best way to design a screen layout for ease of use.
      Overall though, please let me a heartfelt THANKS for your efforts!
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      Let me just ask this, if I wanted you to do some specialized work on this, how much would it cost?

        We're likely to implement an additional week-style view of the timesheet in a latter version, perhaps 1.6. This may or may not answer your concerns.

        The difficulty in buidling any solution is that it wont provide what every user wants.

        It's also difficult to make cost guesstimates of custom built modifications. If you have specific needs, it is therefore best to talk to us directly (info@cybersource.com.au) or to approach local PHP/MySQL developers.

      Hi there,

      it's good to know that there will be new release of AllocPSA. I just wanted to know if you can add a feature that will make the system administrator to add/remove some actions(like text box, check box...etc.) this will make the system admin to configure the software as his/her needs without having to know PHP,MySQL commands...just point and click!
      coz i'm having some issues in my AllocPSA 1.3 that want to add some check box in my client page under comment field. like (How Did You Heard about US ::and the check box will be:: "from internet", "magazine", "newspapers", "friends", & "other". the "other" check box will have a text box to be filled by the user.)

      hope to hear from you soon

      cheers!

      Hi Anna.

      We'll be adding some user defined extensions to some of the record types, namely in Clients, including client categories.
      The extent to how much user-modifiable field types is not yet known.
