I'm using ubuntu on an old PC and I've tried to run sudo Alliance-v1.0.6.jar but it did not find the command, I'm noob at linux but can you guys please help?

That file is a Java jar file, so you would run it thus:
java -jar Alliance-v1.0.6.jar
thank you very much , it is working well! can I make a shortcut to it, instead of lunching it out from the terminal?
Try to create a "launcher". You might be able to right-click on the desktop and create one with that command in it.
