Linking to Allegro DLL's is tricky, because one DLL of your may use ALL3935.DLL, but the next ALL3936.DLL - causing problems. I'd suggest you export the Allegro library from your EXE (possible, but may be tricky - you may need some wrapper functions). At some point I might be able to give you some DLL loading code.
