#21 <copyfolder> xml command

Like <copyfile> but for a folder.
Keep the folder structure _exactly_ as it is.

With this command you could easily turn any .s2z hero model into a .honmod without having to check for every single file

Or we could reuse the command itself. If target file is a File, copy the file. If it's a Directory, copy it too. Easier and no need to create a new command.
