Docs disappear after approval
Brought to you by:

I'm a newbie to SF, and recently installed SF2.5 on a
local system.
When users try to submit documentation in the 'docs'
section, they successfully submit it, and the project
admin must approve it. Once the admin approves it, the
documentation disappears. I don't know what to do!
Thank you in advance,
Jeff

An Admin must also change the doc 'State' .
As a Doc Editor or Proj Admin, click into ...
-the Project > Docs > Admin > Edit Docs
--now do you see the doc in the list ??? you should
-in which case, click the doc name to Edit the doc (& its
properties) ... note the 'State'
States are ...
-None -don't use as doc seems to be not visible by _anyone_
including Admins
-active -doc is publicly visible (including anonymous web user)
-deleted -doc not shown except to Doc Mgr/Admins via Edit
Doc
-pending -the state after new submit of doc
-hidden -no one sees except to Doc Mgr/Admins via Edit Doc
-private -only Proj Members see doc

Thank you for the information. I found out that my
sourceforge database was corrupt, and the doc_states table
was empty. Once I added in the proper information, and
modified a file or two, everything works.
