When the Manager is upgraded to a new version and an
older version of the Executor connects to it, it would
seem to make sense there should be a way that the
Executor be informed it is running an older version and
download and run a copy of the newer version of the
Executor previously downloaded and cached by the Manager.
Maybe options in the .xml config files as to whether
this should be transparent or the user prompted to
accept the upgrade.

This could be implemented as an Alchemi application. Some
small extensions to the scheduling should allow the
application to be executed once on each target Executor.
This would mean that we have the option to run never-ending
applications from the dashboard or something similar.
