[Aironet] getting 100mW out of my AIR-PCI352.

Hello,

I recently bought a Cisco AIR PCI352 which seems to be working fine.
I've also updated the firmware and Linux utilities (can it be used
with FreeBSD?) without too much trouble.

Nevertheless the driver only allows me to select a maximum output
power of 50mW, the limit in Spain being 100mW.  If I'm not mistaken
the card is capable of 100mw and in the US can be used that way, so
how can I remove the restriction I'm currently seeing?
