#13 CheckIbdConsistency: Concept for determining focused part property may be flawed

The focused part property in CheckIbdConsistency is determined via constituents of the diagram name. This potentially leads to problems with common words like "and", "to" etc.

For example, a diagram "Bed and Breakfast view" containing the part properties "Bed and Breakfast" (intended focussed part properties) and "Quick and Dirty" (some other part property not intended to be the focused one) may potentially lead the plugin to identify both mentioned part properties as candidates for the focused part property because they both contain the word "and", which also appears in the diagram title.
