[Aglets-developer] How can i apply some conditions on Agent before its creation?

Hi all,
 
I connected two computers together "computer A" and "computer B" and i run Tahiti on both.
I tried to create an agent on "computer A" and it doesn`t exist on "computer A" and it exists on "computer B " by clicking on Create button and write the name of the agent that i want and it is exist on "computer B" and write the source URL of "computer B" so the agent created on "computer A" but its source is "computer B".I tried it and it works.
 
Now my problem is that i want to apply some conditions on this agent "exist on computer B" before its creation "on computer A".
How i can do this and where exactly in source code of Tahiti?
