Prioritizing New feature Requests

The SourceForge New-Feature-Request tracker does not allow the requester to specify a priority. (It defaults to 5 on everything.) This topic is a place to comment on open requests with respect to their relative value.
My recent request for PermaLinks for stories has an extremely high value for the way we want to use AgileExpress. I consider this both urgent and important. (Permalinks for tasks would only be gravy.)
On the other hand, my request for the ability to move tasks between stories is mot something we'll do every day, and I can hand-code SQL updates to get the job done. So, it's important, but not urgent.
